Specially processed derivative of Type 316L with similar corrosion resistance, machinability, weldability and improved electropolishing characteristics. Available in sulfur ranges between .005 to .015. Useful where enhanced metal cleanness contributes to improved product quality and yields. May be considered for manufacturing applications in pharmaceutical and semi-conductor industries.
