Nominal Analysis
93.00 Ni, 0.20 C, 0.30 Mn, 0.40 Si, 4.60 Al, 0.60 Ti
Wrought, age-hardenable alloy possessing the corrosion
resistance of Nickel 200 coupled with greater strength and hardness. High electrical
conductivity and good thermal conductivity. Has been used under stress conditions
for which the fatigue strength of Nickel 200 is inadequate. Consider as a candidate
for use in springs, clips, signal flashers, diaphragms, extrusion components
for plastics, bearings, as well as pump and valve parts.
