Tolerances up to ± .0005 Inches

Rathbone’s finished parts are tougher, more uniform and less expensive than machined parts. Our proprietary cold working techniques increase the tensile and yield strengths of metal, producing a uniform grain structure. The process enhances the mechanical properties of precision parts, toughens their surface finish and allows for extremely close tolerances - up to ± .0005 inches.

Cross Sections from .032 to 3 Inches

Rathbone can design and produce parts with cross sections as small as .032” and as large as three inches. We make parts in the size and quantity you need, with minimum quantities as low as 300 pounds.

Production-Readiness

Shaped product is shipped in straight lengths, in coils, or in cut-to-length defect-free parts ready for final assembly. Many of our parts require no additional operations; others need only drilling or countersinking to become production parts.
